I began by reviewing product documentation and analyzing the market landscape in Switzerland, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and insights. After developing a deep understanding of the product context, I created the initial feature mockups. Through an iterative, cross-functional collaboration process, we developed detailed, development-ready designs for our mobile app services. We also planned and integrated custom analytics into user flows to have the opportunity to quickly improve our solutions based on real user behavior data.

Among all the features I delivered for the project’s new launch, one of my favorites was the Saving Barrels functionality, where parents can create up to three barrels for their child to save toward their dreams.
