ENCHARTED is an app that combines social media with a global trip experience search for both travelers and service organizers. Product is focused on authenticity, friendship, and digital aesthetics.
I joined a New York–based development team as a Product Designer, with the goal of delivering a design solution for the MVP launch, based on the business idea, within a few months.

I started by creating a process timeline plan in Google Sheets, allowing us to track project progress and manage design activities and communication effectively from the beginning of our journey. This defined the foundation of my design process.
I began the research phase by secondary market research using AI tools. This provided analysis of current market trends, user behaviors, and existing products, giving us valuable insights for shaping the product’s functionality.
During research phase, I created detailed user personas and applied UX practices such as Jobs-to-Be-Done framework.
For example, I identified a growing trend in wellness travel, which we used to create a dedicated, highlighted category within the app 💫
After collecting the necessary data and defining the product vision, I mapped all user flows into detailed low-fidelity wireframes in Figma.
During the visual design phase, I conducted a reference board session to align the team before developing the UI concept. It helped define core visual and psychological principles and reduce the number of future iterations.
For the UI, I also worked on an additional web solution for individual trips, as well as on the main mobile application featuring various global services.
